Refund policy

Invoice/Custom listing Policy

Invoices or custom listings are to be paid within 12 hrs of being sent. Any invoice/listing will be canceled after the 12 hr period and you will not be able to re order. If you need more time please communicate that to me & we will schedule it for you. I will work with you however I can.

Payment Plans

We currently offer Paypal pay in 4, Afterpay, Klarna ($50 minimum), in house payment plan.
Payment plans through BBHR & Co:
25-50% of order total is due up front for a deposit for materials, remainder is due within 30 days of original payment. If not paid within 30 days you will receive one notice within 48hrs and after that your order will be canceled without refund of deposit.Your order will NOT be sent and TAT does not start until payment obligations are fulfilled in full.

Refunds & Cancellations

All custom orders are non refundable/non returnable. If there is a flaw with any items in your order please contact us via email within 48hrs to correct the issue. If the issue was on my part and I cannot fix the issue or offer a new item you will receive a refund in full once items are shipped back. Items must be sent in new unused unwashed condition within 2 business days of your inquiry. Items not sent within the timeframe or new condition will void any refund/replacement.
I ensure to re check each handmade piece before packaging for any flaws mis-threading, misPrints ect but I am human and can miss something here or there. So please always check the quality immediately after receiving your package.
We do not accept returns or cancellation, should you open a dispute or cancel your order you will be charged a mandatory 30% material fee deducted from your final refund amount. You agree to these terms when buying an item from BBHR & Co

Cancellations/Modifications

Cancellations are granted within 6 hrs of purchase. I do not place any order or fabric order before that period to allow for any cancelations on accidental orders. TAT begins 24hrs after payment is received. Cancellations after the 6 hr period is not accepted and are at my discretion. If you need to modify or change your order please contact me via email asap. If fabric has been ordered I will do my best to work with you on changing prints or sizes but it is not a guarantee.

Address Changes

Address changes are not guaranteed so please ensure you check addresses on your order prior to placing it. You will need to email us to the email above and if granted I will send you a confirmation email regarding address change.
We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses due to your error

Stolen, Lost or Damaged Packages

Once a package is dropped off at USPS or UPS BBHR & Co is not responsible for any damaged, stolen or lost packages. You will need to make a claim with the carrier & contact them to remedy the situation.
