Shipping policy

For up to date TAT please refer to our banner at the top of our webpage, business days do not include holidays, days we are closed (scroll up for business hours) or owner vacation days.
Although most items ship sooner then this it soley depends on how many items are in your order, how many orders we have ect.
If you need an item within a certain time frame you need to email us to check availability THEN once confirmed please leave a note at checkout. If there is no note I will not be able to accommodate requests after the order has been placed. No exception.
Please do not message us for updates on your order unless the TAT is past. If you have questions please email us. I will not respond to any TAT questions, unless it is past the TAT stated. It is your responsibility to acknowledge our TAT at time of order, failure to do so is not fault on our business.

Color
Please note that colors on your screen may differ slightly from actual product colors depending on monitor settings, batch variations and lighting. There will be no refund or exchanges due to coloring difference. Each fabric base prints slightly different. In most cases fabric will be the same base but some cases that is not possible as different bases are needed for different items.
